1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Kriya Live platform (https://kriyalive.net) and all associated services. Kriya Live is a licensed international online betting and casino platform serving players in Bangladesh.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final. However, the Bengali translation has been prepared with the utmost accuracy for the convenience of Bangladeshi players.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on Kriya Live, the following conditions must be met. These conditions are strictly enforced, and any violation may result in account termination.

3 Deposit & Payment Rules

Deposits on Kriya Live must be made through registered payment methods. Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and card payments are all accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (may vary by payment method).
• Maximum deposit limits are determined by your payment method and account tier.
• Payments from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Kriya Live does not charge any deposit fees.
• Payment operators may apply their own charges — Kriya Live is not responsible for these fees.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from Kriya Live. Following these rules ensures your withdrawal is processed quickly and securely.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts.
• Processing times: 1–4 hours for Mobile Pay/Nagad; 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings derived from bonuses.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by account tier.
• Kriya Live reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals on accounts flagged for suspicious transactions.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kriya Live regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which should be read before claiming.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly approved.
• Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
• Kriya Live reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on Kriya Live operate in accordance with international gaming standards. Each game has its own rules, which should be reviewed before play begins.

7 Prohibited Activities

8 Account Closure & Termination

Kriya Live reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Users may also request account closure at any time.

• Closed at user's request: Contact the support team. Any remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.
• Terminated for Violations: The account will be terminated immediately. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Inactive Account: A monthly maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
